Reading on the couch or reading in the bed?

Reading on my bed. It’s so much easier for me to get comfy and relaxed!

Main character: Male or Female?

I prefer female characters because they’re easier for me to relate to, being female myself.

Sweet or salty snacks while reading?

I don’t usually eat when I’m reading because I’m scared I’ll drop crumbs on my book. But, if I was going to snack whilst eating I’d pick sweet food.

Trilogies or quartets?

I actually prefer longer series that I can get really involved in. However, I’d pick trilogies over quartets just because I read trilogies more often.

First Person or Third Person POV?

I’d say first person because it allows more insight into the character’s thinking and mindset.

Night or morning reader?

Night. But I also like to read in the mornings.

Libraries or bookstores?

I love libraries so the majority of my books comes from libraries. I love my local library and it has a great selection of books.

Books that make you laugh or books that make you cry?

Books that make me cry. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book to make me laugh. Most of the books I read are sad and make me feel emotional. But to be honest, I rarely cry at books either.

Black or white book covers?

Black book covers. I’m one of those people who loves dark colours, black especially.

Character driven or plot driven stories?

Definitely, character driven stories. I get really attached to characters and if a book has amazing characters I will read it even if the plot is terrible.

Thank you for reading! Do you agree with my choices?

  1. I agree with most! I like plot-driven stories more. Character stories tend to be more often the books in contemporary literature, where you get to learn about the person as they learn about themselves. I like a good complex character, but I need some action to make it entertaining for me.
But I agreed with everything else!
